About this Collection
Divine Colors is an ongoing series of colour studies that hold a special place in Tjo's practice. As someone with deep obsessions, he makes extensive efforts to define the founding blocks of his entire practice, and, like in search of auras for the things he finds in himself, he uses colour to build symbols in his art.

"I wish to explore a surrealist approach of post-photography inspired by Deborah Turbeville and Frank Ockenfels; where figurative forms, dreamlike spaces and a physical and digital interdisciplinarity open a door to the feeling of obsessions. These digital, analog or performative components serve as a support to visualize internal psychological processes and the dreamscapes that emerge from them.
